If an order is refused upon delivery or is not collected from the designated collection point and is subsequently returned to us, additional shipping or processing costs may apply.

Where permitted by applicable law, a $25 CAD deduction may be made from the refund to cover reasonable return shipping and processing expenses.

This does not apply where the return was caused by an error on our part or where applicable law requires a different treatment.
